Apps not working due to privacy policy

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone can help me. 

I’ve got a Sony TV code- KDL-32WD603.

I’ve had it for a while and I’ve never been able to use the apps on it. 

I’ve connected to the internet and I’ve reset the connection as suggested on another discussion board.

Everytime I press Netflix (or any app) it comes up with “privacy policy has been updated. Please agree to privacy police to connect to public network” once I have pressed agree it just takes me back to the same page. The only way I can get back to normal TV is by pressing decline. 

 

I’m unsure where to go from here it is very frustrating.
