Well, after I update to 4.04, there is a big problem for me, my xperia s can not obtain IP address automatically, even when I try to conncet to my router, my router DHCP function will not working anymore, and I must reset my router to make it restore the DHCP function, that is very strange. My router is TP-Link TD-W89741N.
Now, I set a static address on my xperia S, it looks working properly, but sometimes cannot connect to internet, so i still need a final solution, maybe next FW update can help me?

Sounds strange, almost like the problem some users had with 2.3.3. So i suggest that you begin with updating/reinstalling your router firmware.
Let me know if that helps.
It's a known bug with the new firmware - Theres less power been given to the wi-fi and as such makes it hard for the phone to connect - I made a thread here when it 1st got released and XDA have confirmed that it is indeed a bug with the new ICS Firmware
