WIFI Cant be enabled (NeoV)

My wifi is not working...i press the wifi button, screen freezes for 10 sec and then it turns off. My android version is 2.3.4.  I also tryied ics and still it doesnt work but the screen dont freeze.Some times it just enables and then after it disconnects 1-2 times by itself and stops working for 1-2 days.

(Security is WPA/WPA2 /PSK ) -Neo V-

have you tried w/ other routers/wifi?

I didnt tried with WEP yet but it with WPA ones seems to do the same thing.
