Before I start the update is trying to download to my pc but fails

Now I'm not bothered I've already tried it and found it worse than GB

But this is to let UK members know with that SI Number that it is out but the update fails

Staff here yes it is out I locked my bootloader flashed back my recovery firmware hoping that the update would work so I could then create an FTF file for the members on XDA but it fails at Preparing Pc for software update then 2 thirds the way through it fails

Are you getting confused with 6.0.A.3.75 update as I don't think ICS has been released yet. I got an message saying there was update for my Sony Xeperia S and thought it would be the ICS update but it wasn't. It was just this build update and it did work if you turn the firewall off on your PC and I have the same handset on the same network as yourself

Updated to ICS today. Its 1257-3114. Works great in my Xperia S. So whats next? JellyBean :smileygrin:

FIRMWARE 6.1.A.0.453 UK (1257-3921)

If your PCC or SUS says no update and you want it then download from the link below and flash it yourself if you know how - Yes it's version .453 not .452 what everyone else is on but I see no difference and the issue with the wi-fi signal in my oppinion is still the same.

I'll keep it on my drive for a bit if members want it
