Hello, am one of many users who have problems with overheating of the ST15 (screen goes crazy). I understand that i should take my phone to a service point, but I was wondering if this is a permanent solution or the problem may come back? For the case with the new ICS Android 4 there are ways to solve the problem without the hassle of bringing your phone to service center?

Did you have this overheating problem with gingerbread?

When doing the update you gave to the phone repair option? I have seen many comments where say the problem was resolved with ICS. http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/42581?tstart=0
After the update to ics you should do a repair with Sus.
Sony do not fix the problem with ICS? The problem is software or hardware?
Then the problem is solved? Your upgrade with PCC and repair with SUS? or just you used SUS?
I have manually installed ICS with flash tool and done a repair just to be sure...
If you do an Upgrade , you should then also do a repair so you will het an fresh install withoust applications and phone data.... So first upgrade it and then do a repair.
What is flash tool? Why people sony support do not respond if it's a software problem or hardware? What do you know?
