Phone lags after update to ICS

hello,

i've update my phone last night,should i reset my phone??because sometimes the phone lag when scrolling..one more thing,why everytime i go back to homescreen,the widgets took a few seconds to appear??

Have you marked kill on exit ?

Go to settings > developer options > unmark stop/kill apps on exit

this should prevent the screen icon/widget reload

If you wan't a better experience then format your SD card and reinstall      ICS using pc companion

i've unmark stop/kill apps on exit but it still reload...maybe i should just reformat my phone...
