Report Inappropriate Content

When I connect the phone to the PC using the USB cable, only camera is detected as LT26i, the sd card is not detected by the phone also i am unable to connect the phone using the PC companion as it does not detect the phone.

I would appreciate help on this?

i had the same problem and fixed it. This is my solution. My computer thought it was a camera. i pluged in phone went to device manager found it as a camera and clicked on driver, go to update driver, check the advanced box. hit the don't search i choose. then just click the item in the box. sounds strange as i'm no computer guy but it worked. I just did this on my work computer as well and it works, so that is 2 out of 2.
