My Xperia U is not Booting

When i Flashing my phone for the network problem power got off. So downgrade did not complete. When i switch on the mobile its not booting. What can i do know. Can i resolve this using PC campion

does the notification LED turn on when its connected to a PC or wall charger? if it is then let it charge for 30min to an hour, then repeat the process or use SUS
