Media Go Help

Can anyone tell me whether Media Go is always so slow or am I doing something wrong?  I am only trying to add music to my Xperia S and it is taking AGES!!! Is there a faster way?!  Kind of making me miss iTunes now! 😞

Media Go it is quite slow

on your PC > computer > xperia S > internal storage > music > copy paste the albums/artist folders
