How much RAM does xperia u have?

mine only shows 368 mb on every app i use like antutu go launcher etc etcand my memory is only always about 20 mb free. Please help me guys.

I checked ram again after uninstall antivirus and switched off i got 197 to 208 ram free for fixed

If flashed on, picture comes with whitish..i got specification from sony mobile that it has hd camera but qualty is not good , xperia mini pro also has 5mp but its quality awesome..please resolve my last problem.,.

having used several android phones myself based on experience i can tell u the amount of ram free doesn't mean anything... android will autoallocate ram it needs as and when it needs them. if a service is running in the background that obviously uses ram, killing the service will only cause it to restart again, wasting cpu cycles and battery... just leave them be...

if u do need to free ram however, i would recommend Fast Reboot. don't use any task killers or ram managers. search around and u will see why they're not recommended if u don't believe me.

anyway... our phones have 512MB RAM, but yes, we only have ~320MB to work with... the rest are dedicated to the different hardware in the phone... cam, audio, etc...

i did it..its come with whitish.. and without flash its come color dot if it zoom it..not clear..like china phone..
