Can I sync my contacts between my Mac and my new Xperia S ?

I have a iMac with an OS 10.5.8 and a iSync 3.0.2 version and DOESN¨T recognizes my New Xperia S...SOMEONE CAN HELP ME????

you can sync them to your Gmail then sync your Xperia S to your gmail and voila done
