Well hello guys, ive a question

well i forgot to hard reset before i updating to ICS..

so what i must do now?

now my phone is already ICS

you don't have to hard reset your phone at all just use SUS or PCC or Bridget or OTA to update and that should be enogh

Factory reset then repair from Sony PC companion and Enjoy with your ICS.
