hello dear users

a while ago i update my neo to 4.0.2.A.0.42

then release the update A.0.62

and companion says that the phone has diffrent sofware , so that it can not be updated.

the solution to get officia lupdates is back to the orginal root?

(if the answer is yes how can i get the official root? )

or is there another way?

you need to relock your bootloader if you want to use SUS ro PCC or Bridge
