I had purchased a Sony Xperia L Mobile phone. But after some I faced a problem with the product. I contacted Sony Customer Care, they advised me to go to a service center. I went there and submitted my phone for repair. But after some time again I faced the problem I went to the service center and again (for 10 to 12 times)follow the same process. But it was 12 chance when I faced the same problem. I called them and claimed for the replacement of my phone. It was in the warranty but they did not respond to me. I was fed up with my phone.

My phone is Restarting,heating,Auto touching,and much more I give my phone service center 10 to 12 times but they can't shovel my problem .. I gave videos and live example of my Xperia L.(Live example is about songs are playing in ear side phone).(videos are about auto touching and hang)... Now I just want to replacement of my phone..

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to check how to proceed with this in the best possible way.

But sir they are not supporting me and they only said about sending mail on question@support.sonymobil.com,
And when I am in services center they only udate/repair may phone's software.Now I just want to replacement of my phone and they don't do it so now what can I do????????

sony not replace fully .may be they give 50% of offer for new device .they said to me for xperia go like this
