I had icons on my home screen for my most popular contacts but have reset my phone and now the only way I seem to be able to get them back on the home screen is by using the Contacts Widget, which carries with it a huge white space with the name in it. All I want is the contact's photo. I'm sure there used to be an option to "send to home screen" under Contacts, but I can't seem to find it now. Can anybody please help?

In the end I downloaded Contact Widget by cstick and it gave me exactly what I had before.
Open the contact in question then tap the 3 dots and then at the bottom - Place on Home screen
Hi Midor33,
Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Are you looking at just having the contact on the screen so you can view the details, or are you looking for a Quick dial type option where a simple tap on the contact makes a call?
What I had previously was an icon with the person's name underneath and when I pressed it, it brought up the contact's photo and the option to either call them or send a message. I got it on the home screen by pressing "Send to Home Screen" from the Contact Edit screen, but that option no longer appears.
Thanks Thommo. That's how I got them there previously, but that option no longer appears when I press the 3 dots.
