Playlists and shortcuts lost after restart

1.i am not able to save the playlist in the walkman app. After reboot the playlist just vanishes.

2.Also with the 4.2.2 update, if have have any shortcut of an app installed in the internal memory on the homescreen , it vanishes after reboot.

Any way to get them corrected ?

I have allready done reset to factory settings and nothing changed... As written above by Rickard, this issue will be fixed in new SW version.

To stop the short cuts from disappering untill the update comes out move your apps from the internal memory to the phone memory. The apps in the phone memory you will not loose the short cuts.

This will be fixed in next software update.

Thanks for reporting this to us.

Unfortunately I don't have any timings for the next software release at the moment.

It's sony, always has a chance happening things like that. Don't surprised and don't wait for a solution. Coz they don't.

Exactly the same problem occurs with me phone.

After the update i can no longer access my internal memory ("instellingen gestopt") or move data from my internal memory to my sd-card.

Also shortcuts from Apps in my internal memory disappear after Reboot, which is really annoying.

The phone was sent back to the factory, twice! It always came back with a "software-update", but the problems remained...

I have updated to the latest firmware ( Google Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) 15.3.A.0.26 2013-10-29 ) and I found it quite improved.

The problem is when I update an application or when I restart my phone, nearly all of the icons lose their arrangement.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this or when a new update will be released that fixes this?

PS: I didn't have this problem with the previous firmware.
