I want my photos back!

HI,
I'm an Xperia L user.
I got up this morning to find my album completely messed up,as in the pics are all blurr or blank or messed up in a different way. I want them back as they were !!Plz help!!!!
I tried switching on off my mobile,unmounting my sd card etc but the pics form a part of the internal mem. I dont want to lose the pics so I don't want to format or restore factory settings.

Go to settings-apps-all-album and clear data,restart.

No,it refreshes album app.After you clear data,restart the phone.
