Enter key does not work in my sony xperia L

I am not update to use enter key  (↵), either in email nor in messages. Please help... This  problem occur after my first update of software. Earlier it was working fine.

the firmware version in my Xperia L is 15.3.A.1.14, whats about you? I've tried to fix it with the PCC but it still does not work. The condition of my phone is still not root.

And when i had 15.3.A.1.14 i was dont have this problem

I have the same problem as people in earlier posts - when I swtch off the suggestions of words - enter key does not work.

I wrile in Polish language, in the e-mails I use special Polish letters, in SMS I do not use special Polish fonts, not to mention gramatical forms of Polish words. It takes me more time to correct words suggestions or search for the proper gramatical form of suggestions, than to write it without any system prompts. I prefer to work without the word suggestions.

Sony, please, fix this. Enter keay has to work in any keaboard settings.

Hi, i have the same problem. After i updated my phone, my enter button on qwerty keypad does not work. I tried to clear the data and restart my phone but nothing's change.. Any solution?

Just try SwiftKey, it's free and better than Sony's default keyboard.

I just found a solution that's a bit messed up but it seems to work fine:

1] Settings->Language & Input->Default --> select the Chinese keyboard as the default.

2] Settings->Language & Input->Xperia Chinese Keyboard->English Text Input Settings-> turn of Learn Words, Quick Fixes and Word Suggestions

3] go type something in some application and switch the keyboard from CN (Chinese) to EN (English). The keyboard remembers this setting.

So now you are using the Chinese keyboard in its English mode and the enter key works as expected. How does it sound?

My enter key is not working my phone is Sony z2 I tried to clear data and back my keyboard version to factory and still no enter key only the arrow
