UBP-X800M2 - Closed Caption Settings

Hello Dear Sony Club Members.

I am asking you for help with the Sony UBP X800M2 Blu-Ray player.

I bought the best Sony player available on the Polish market.

I made the choice after watching YouTube videos where users presented this model of Sony player.

One of the decisive details for me was the ability to choose a font and change its size.

It would not occur to me that this is only available to users in the US market.

This option is not available in my player.

Currently, the font of the subtitles is not very legible and of low quality.

The same video file played on a LG TV (USB) has a completely different font and adjustable size - you can adjust it to your liking.

Please let me know if there is any possibility to unlock this feature for me?

Is it possible to upload any other soft that will remove this limitation?

You should contact Sony support to help you with this issue, maybe there is something to be done. This community page is for Polish users, you may not get that many answers. 

I'm afraid it's quite possibile that those devices are little bit different for EU and USA distribution.
