I have a BDV E370 and my ISP is Virgin Media. iPlayer was working fine in early January. However, I have been away for a while a have come back to find it no longer works. I keep getting the out of memory message so it is not only those who use TalkTalk who have this problem.

Hi peedee the issue with Virgin Media is a little different and can be resolved by adding a proxy to your network settings, please see below;
Select the following under Network Settings, Internet Settings;
1. Wired or Wireless setup
2. Custom
3. IP Auto
4. DNS Auto
5. Proxy Server - Yes
6. Proxy Server = webcache.virginmedia.com
7. Port = 8080
