STR-DN 860 HDMI OUT, No Picture?

Found today all of a sudden have no imagine from the HDMI out on the Receiver but do have sound?

i have tried disconnecting and reconnecting leads removing power from all sources for a period of time as per handshake advise etc but no joy?

i have tried other HDMI Leads and have same problem.

please Help

It seems that you've already tried all the needed troubleshooting. You can try to reset your player as instructed on this link. If the issue remains, you can use this link to locate your nearest authorised service centre and contact them about having your amplifier inspected.

Hi thanks for that!

however not tried on my 860 yet but strangely I have 1080 and same thing has happened to that ??

did not even by them at the same point in life but happened within a day of each other.

anyway just reset 1080 and it’s worked so many thanks and will give the other one go later!
