When I power up the Blu Ray Player it ALWAYS stalls and remains with a blue horizontal line on the screen without proceeding to the menu. It is unresponsive to the remote control at this point. If I shut it down and restart it it is fine and ends up on the Home menu. Why does it only work on the 2nd startup?
