Hi,
Is there a way to check the actual streaming quality (resolution) on Amazon Prime? Pressing 'Display' works when streaming Netflix but doesn't seem to do anything on Prime.
Thanks
Hey, make sure that your player is running on the latest software version from this link, generally, the content will start off at the HDR HD 1080p movie format until the adaptive streaming switches to full UHD format, depending on your network speed. When content is playing in the UHD format, an HDR Ultra HD format indicator displays on the screen when you press the centre button on the remote control. You can also find it here. I hope this helps.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I tried what you suggested but pressing the centre button on the UBP-X700 remote simply pauses the Prime video and shows elapsed/remaining time etc but no information on streaming quality.
The UBP is running the latest firmware.
Hi rxangus, I suggested contacting Prime's support for the in-app settings. Let us know what they say.
