I recently purchased a Sony BPD-S370 Bluray player, I have it linked up to a Sony Bravia KDL-40V 4000 tv using a HDMI cable. I cannot get the letterbox screen format when I play Bluray (or DVD) discs, it is playing in fullscreen. I have set the player and tv to all the correct setting, tried changing cables, inputs etc. but it won't go to the letterbox setting, which I prefer. Anyone any ideas?
