We've just got a S380 and have connected using the wirless adaptor. We have a BT Homehub 2.0.
It finds the homehub OK but can't connect to the internet. It works sometimes, but mostly fails at the internet connection stage.
When it scans for the network, although it says connnected it only shows 1 or 2 bars, although on the status page it shows 70% signal.
Also it has no DNS settings showing when it is not working.
Any ideas on the problem and how to improve it ?
It's difficult to improve the signal as to get the speed we have to connect the master socket to improve our speed as we live in a rural area.
Our laptops and phones connect fine. I have switched everything but the sony off to exclude interference.
