My picture is blue?!?

Hello I am new.

My problem is that I changed some setting on my dvd/hdd player, I thought I had changed them all back but my picture is blue, I can see what I am watching, it is just blue no other colours.

How do I correct this??

Hi,

without knowing exactly what you changed will be hard to pin point a correct answer, however a factory re set of the machine should correct things.

EDIT: I have tried holding down Stop and the Power Button, I did the Easy Set up but it's still blue?

Hi,

sorry to hear the problem still exists,

rooobb is the resident expert on these machines, perhaps wait and see if he picks up on this or you could try Sony support, under the support tab at the top of the page.

Thanks Bravia, I pm'd rooobb but before I read his response I discovered that everything that was using HDMI connection was blue, therefore I checked my TV settings and somehow my rgb setting had switched to just blue, clicked it back to all and problem solved.

I hadn't touched TV settings so I'm guessing whilst I was changing the settings on my HHD/Dvd player my TV changed automatically. lol
