The epg when using the internal freesat decoder stopped working a few weeks ago. I have tried retunung and auto start but still can't get anything to show on the guide. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried a factory reset? Details will be in the manual. If this doesn't fix it, then give your local service centre a buzz.
