Ipod display when using with SONYBDV-E370

Hi, can anyone help please, my ipod plays fine through my BDV-E370 but I cannot get the ipod display up on the TV, I understand this to be possible but don't know how to do it! Mnay thanks

I am having the same problem via the included dock. Music plays fine, however, connected video cable to tv as instructed and got new cable etc.. and still no pictures or video. The TV out via a Ipod/Iphone cable works but not with the Sony ipod/iphone dock! Seems to be a problem with sound systems as shown above and noreply to date!

Sony, how do you display pictures and Videos on TV ( HX803)  via Dock with (BDV-E780) and why is it not fit for purpose. Pls advise urgently.

As suggested Catmambo, phoned Sony did not seem to know what I was talking about and kept referring to HDMI which has no relevance. I referenced Pg36 of the Manual for the system for him to understand. I was referred to Service Centre who have no details on the product, however, they will get the details and call me today/tomorrow.

Will let you know the outcome.

Spoken with the Sony Tech support through the retailer to test. They  have now gone to 3rd level tech support!  I have gone to the Sony  service centre. They thought they had it sorted as it worked with old  style ipod, however tested with my Ipod touch th and Iphone 3gs and it  did not work!!! Both should be compatible according to the manual.

Give us your Home Theatre System (HTS) with the ipod dock and tell us which ipods you have tested and whether it works!
