i have a sony dab-s800 speakers but do not have the dvd player for it

i have a sony dab-s800 speakers but do not have the dvd player for it. Is it possible to get a compatible dvd player for the system or where can i get a sony dvd player which is compatible for the speaker.

Possibly only second hand or via eBay I guess as its quite an old system now I think?
