Hi, If you have selected a pay service and it has supplied a 4 digit code, you will need to make an account on the essentials website @ https://internet.sony.tv/customer this is a new account system, not linked to any other Sony service, if you have tried this and it has not worked, could you please advise at what point you have a problem.
