Help with sound

I have a Sony BDV-E280 I hooked it up and my sound keeps cutting out. I need some help figuring out whats going on.

welcome to the forum,

re check all your connections as described in the installation guide in the manual, check the connection to your tv and try again, theres not much to get wrong there and it should work fine.

have you just purchased this kit or has this just happened with older kit?.
