HDD recorder RDR hx -750

Hello,
I have hdd recorder RDR HX -750 for 4 years, and It works great exept recently it can not record/format/recognize dvd-r DL (8.5 GB) disks.
With other disks work normal. What options I have to try to repair dvd writer ?
