Hi guys, just took delivery of the above system from Pixmania, Have unwrapped and set up system, power doesnt seem to be going to receiver. Does anyone know if this is common. Typically the re-seller is uncontactable.

Hi,

this could be a mains plug fuse, however first port of call would be Customer Support at Pixmania they have a duty of care to their customers (0844 369 0372) failing that try trading standards.
