Can't see Activate Enhanced Features on network icon in BDP-S470

Hello! I want to activate Amazon Video on Demand but I cannot get the registration code because on network icon the Activate Enhanced Features option doesn't appear. do you know how can i get that registration code?  the player is updated, I can see youtube videos and connect to my DLNA server but I couldn't find that code. Please Help me!!!!

Assuming you are in the UK, Amazon isn't available outside of the US and Canada due to content rights. For premium video content we offer Lovefilm (owned by Amazon) and Qriocity Video.

Really? I'm in Mexico City. So you think thats why I cannot get the active enhanced feature? I'm going to check it in Amazon
