BDV-EF200 not playing blu ray

I have just bought this home cinema system and when playing blu ray discs the image is distorted.....does anyone have a solution?

Sorry to hear that, have you tried doing a firmware update to see if this resolves the issue? Details in the FAQ on the front page of the TV forum.
