I have just purchased a Sony BDV E290 and in most aspects it is brilliant - except for the speakers which, if I am being brutal, are a tad disappointing.
I have two queries:
- I know you can get the male speaker connectors but can you buy the female socket to go with them? I would like, at worst, to extend the cables.
I have a very good set of speakers from a previous sony Surround Sound system: Active Sub Woofer SA WMS225, Centre Speaker SS CN225 and small surround speakersSS- V225. Is it possible to connect these into the newHome Cinema system and does anyone know the impedance of the BDV E290 and what does 3 Rated and 6 Rated Impedance mean?
