bdp s380 iplayer and youtube issues

i have a bdp-s380 player. i can view the latest content available advertised on iplayer (i.e.it's homepage) but efforts to view the videos comes up with server error, also on my youtube account it lists only 9 favourited videos  though i have many more and it's not upating the latest favourties i've saved online

Hi, Maybe a content rights issue. Check the Smart TV FAQ on the main page as this explains it in a bit more detail..

Embarrassed to say iplayer seems ok now so maybe it was a server issue, though youtube still only shows 9 of my favourited videos when i have a lot more on my account

Hi

If the other favourited content videos are 'premium' videos rather than user generated, then its a rights issue - i.e. Youtube don't have the big screen broadcast rights..
