Where is the USB on the cmt-cx5bip hifi?

My parents have spent ages researching hifis, etc before buying a cmt-cx5bip (http://www.sony.co.uk/product/hfs-cd-music-system/cmt-cx5bip). Apparently it's great except they can't find the USB connector that is mentioned four times on the webpage.. 😕

I've just downloaded the manual and can find no mention of it there and so am wondering if it actually has one at all and the webpage is just wrong (which would be a shame as it's one thing they wanted and the saleman in the Sony Shop said it had one)

It's going to be a few days before I can take them/it back to the shop to check so thought maybe someone here knew where it was so I can point them in the right direction thanks.

You are right - the specifications say it has USB playback but this appears to be an error.  It seems to be present on the CX5ip but not on the CX5bip.

If it has a USB Port you will find it on the front panel, bottom right - No 15 here: -

I think you will have to take this up with your Sony shop.
