I have an ever increasiong shutdown problem with my Giga Juke. It freezes on shutdown which can only be resolved by pressing Power/Stop buttons simultaneously and re-booting. I took this to Curry's under the repair warranty only for it to be returned with the same problem. It is sporadic but seems to be increasing with frequency.

Any workrounds /firmware updates available?

Hi Jon,

You're not the only one with this issue. Hopefully if you've done a quick search on the forums, you've found the entry dicussing this problem that started back in September that seems to be affecting all Giga Juke systems that are connected to the internet and looks to be an issue with Gracenote. Sony have responded with a 'it's a known problem and we're looking at it', but there's no clear fix yet.
