As I do not have an E3 to test,I cannot confirm. But you can do this:
1. get in touch with xperia care:

2. contact one of the staff members:

Hi,
It should not be a problem. Xpera E3 supports MicroSDHC up to 32 GG (class 2, 4, 6, 10 and UHS).

I have another doubt about the compatibility. I'm willing to buy this SD:
http://www.sandisk.com.br/products/memory-cards/microsd/extremepro-uhs-i/?capacity=32GB
So.. Does the cell phone supports this card? and if does, can run the reading and recording features workin on maximum card speed potential?

@Lopomo There is no need or use for such a fast microSD on Xperia E3. Class 8-10 is more than enough.
