When I open my camera it send me a notification that says that a record is in progress and I can not shoot a video! But when I use Google camera I can shoot a video! 🙂 what can I do for that??

Welcome to the community,

In this case, I would suggest trying to clear the camera application from the apps section.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Camera > Clear Data.
