Hi
I tried a Sony RX100 and its a great little camera. Love the colours and sharpness output in jpeg.
I only shoot in jpeg output not raw.
Really like some of the new features in the Sony RX100M2 but have been put off by the numerous comments that its not so sharp and the colours are washed out more than the RX100.
Sony are you aware of this feedback ?
Really would like to purchase a a Sony RX100M2 but this is kind of off putting when its so much more expensive.

Hi photoandy and welcome to the Sony Users Community forums.
I suppose it depends on where you look and who you believe but the first three full reviews I have found with Google suggest the RX100M2 is a significant improvement on what was already a class leading camera.

Whether it is worth the increased cost is for you to decide as the original RX100 is very difficult to improve on - the good news is that the original will continue to be available as well as the Mk2.

Went for the original RX100 in the end
Great camera.
You'll have to show us some shots taken with it
