You may have accidentally put the camera into a different shooting mode. The easiest way to return the camera to its original state and settings is to perform a reset which can be done on the hx9v by taking the following steps from the manual:
Bear in mind also that in order to take 3D pictures, you need to ensure that the 3D mode is selected on the mode dial. All of the mode dial functions are explained on this page:
