RX10 IV

When I remove SD card from RX10 IV, the videos done with movie button are not on card but when I insert card back into camera, they are there for preview. What setting have I messed up? I have tried hooking camera direct to MAC computer but get same results

I guess the computer cannot read the file format.

Try recording MP4 and see if you can retrieve that on the SD card.

Have a look at the manual and read about video files format.

Hi HUGRAY, was it the same before? I mean, when you recorded before did the same issue happen? Or did you change something? The formats might be the issue as Strampke suggested. Or if you didn't change anything try removing the battery for two minutes then put it back again.
