playmemories for sony dsc-hx90v

i connected camera to usb 2 reinstalled playmemories but it wont connect 

it says camera installed to someone else i think its me using old email address which i no longer have access to.

it says to deregister press menu and select initalise to reset user but i cant find this in menu options.

I'm using the same camera.

Suggest reset the camera and start all over again.
