FDR AX700 not working with VRD MC6. 'please connect a compatible camcorder' message appears

thanks for your reply. I've connected the camcorder using two different ports.

I first tred it via HDMI and then AV.

As soon as I connect the message to connect a compatible camcorder appears on the screen of the MC6.
