I've 75XF9005 with the latest updates installed (6.7210) as of today and I'm having followin gproblem through all of the Sony software updates:
When TV sleeps while my wireless android remote (a remote including full keyboard and air mouse), after turning of TV:
1- Youtube app freezes at the very first frame, showing black screen. It never plays the video.
2- Sound for everything except TV app give very very low volume. Weirdly enough, when opening TV (sattelite or cable, no matter) there is no sound problem for it.
The only problem I've found is rebooting tv by holding power button for 5 seconds on the remote. This fresh start clear both problems, until TV sleeps again and I turn it on again next day.
I've found a lot of seperate user topics here describing the same problem, some users have reported youtube problem, some users have reported sound. But through the years and lots of software update it is still not fixed
If i disconnect USB receiver, then this problem never reoccurs. So I believe Sony have to fix something related with USB device compability or something...
Hi @buyukbang
Spamming the community with multiple posts, that will only be seen by your fellow customers, will lead you nowhere apart from the understandable outpouring of your frustrations.
You would be better off contacting Sony with your problem if you are looking for a solution.

Pardon me? What spam? Do you even know what the word "spam" mean? How can you even releate my messages with this word? I've searched all mesages that I think they are related and linked my findings including a workaround solution. If I should't reply their messages with these findings, who else will do it? You? Sony?
Yes, I view your multiple posts with disfavour, and you would do well to heed the words of experienced Community members like @LightFoot as to what is likely to be acceptable to other posters on here.
And multiple postings of the exact same thing looks like spam, even if you think it isn’t.
But what exactly have you found as a ‘workaround’ here?
That all these people should unplug a keyboard they probably don’t have?
That the well-known, and thoroughly documented, 5-second reset from the remote will stave it off for a little while?
If you had found something worthwhile, that might have been different. But as it is….
I don't mind your disfavourity about my posts, but i found being blamed as a spammer rude and offensive! Being "experienced" on the community does not give you both the right to judge and being offensive to people trying to contribute here. I wrote this last time, I reviewed hundreds of messages by searching keywords "keyboard" "youtube" and on this forum and just replied 5 or 6 of them with the link of this topic. Someone contributive and having behaviour doesn't think this is spamming. So sorry for you!
Secondly, I didnt mentioned your "5-second reset from the remote" magic as my workaround. It was unpluging usb receiver of keyboard, mouse or remote. BTW, I dont have a "keyboard" connected to TV, it's a remote with air mouse and mini keyboard. But this is unrelelated. The thing is people even dont thing that a simple usb receiver can cause a freeze on Youtube/Netflix app or even their TV's sound can be broken with such a simple usage scenario.
Most importantly, I didnt seen your messages asking people if they have a usb receiver connected to their TV's or suggesting to remote it if they have. I highly suggest you being more contributive instead of sabotaging topics of "other customers". If you are interested, I can suggest some popular self-improvement books for bedtime reading.
We will have to agree to disagree about your first paragraph.
Re your second, I didn’t get that it was USB generally that you were on about. Whether that was because you were being unclear or because I was being thick, I’m not sure, but let it pass.
Your third paragraph, though:-
Most importantly, I didn't see your messages asking people if they have a usb receiver connected to their TVs, or suggesting to remote it if they have.
Nor I yours, and you are the one suggesting that their issue is one they can fix this way, so the onus is not on me to ask this; it may be entirely irrelevant for all I know.
I highly suggest you being more contributive instead of sabotaging topics of "other customers".
Let the record show how contributive I am here over a wide range of topics. You can look those up while waiting for the messages of thanks that will show if your five or six postings fell on stony ground or not.
If you are interested, I can suggest some popular self-improvement books for bedtime reading.
Ones that worked for you? Thanks, but it’s hard enough ploughing through all these Sony manuals as it is 🥲
Maybe getting Bluetooth mouse and mini keyboard would solve your problems!
