After carrying out the latest TV update on 12 June 2025 the majority of buttons on the remote control are not working. Does the latest update require rolling back?

If you have updated the firmware to v6.8022, many other people are experiencing problems with certain features no longer working as they once did. Always a good idea to consult these pages before updating.

Unfortunately you cannot room back the firmware to an earlier version, you will probably have to wait until

Sony issue a further update to address the issues this one has introduced.

Did you reconnect your remote with Blutooth?

Settings > Remotes and Accessories.

Hi,

Yes, if you read my comment it says that some features still work. I have done a factory reset and disabled Google and everything is working as it should do.
