All channels tuned in and available"in real time" but when scrollback is initiated the banner states (no information available) on most of them.I've tried all the recommended fixes I'm at mywits end  please help thanks

Assuming that is KD-49XD8077, I would start by checking that your software is up to date. Firmware update to v6.7220 | Sony UK

Hi @tommie262   I haven’t asked, and I don’t believe you have said, but the TV is connected to the internet?

You should try clearing the EPG data then restarting the set-top box and letting it completely reload the guide overnight.
