Sony BRAVIA KD-55XE8577 Beeping every 26 seconds

Recently I noticed that the BRAVIA TV is generating a beep sound over the speakers at every 26 seconds.

Anyone know the reasons?

I did reset the audio. but not the everything.

Besides that I updated to Oreo, didn't help.

I tried with HT-ZF9, HDMI or optional out. Same beep heard.

Hi Yeksk1,

That's disconcerting. I'd recommend narrowing down the list of suspects causing this beeping sound by removing external devices one by one, and eventually factory resetting the TV. Do let us know the outcome though.

After much efforts, I found out that one of the installed App had caused the problem. I killed the process, beep sound had gone.
